Tomorrow is World Mental Health day, so here at Seven Refrigeration we’ve been discussing what we plan to do this weekend to rest, recharge and support our mental health during this busy period.

As a family man through and through, our Managing Director Tony will be entertaining his grandchildren, which keeps him young at heart. He takes great pride in being a source of support and laughter for his loved ones at home, as well as the team at work.

Rod, our General Manager, will be going to watch Ipswich play football and spending quality time with his family. He finds that supporting his team and being part of the community provides a sense of connection and brings him great joy (when they win).

Kevin, our Deputy General Manager, was awarded a Civic Award this year for his enthusiasm and leadership as Chairman of Felixstowe Hockey Club and developing the Walking Hockey Club, which he’s looking forward to joining in with tomorrow.

Simon, our Technical Manager, will also be supporting the local football by watching his son play, the Woodbridge match and attending the Ipswich game. Spending quality time with his children is even more important than his love of football, so he’s looking forward to a busy weekend with them.

Donna, our Financial Accountant, will be going for a long autumnal dog walk in the countryside, doing a full deep clean of the house before the colder weather fully sets in and then filling her cup by spending time with her family.

Josh, one of our Business Development Coordinators, has a busy weekend ahead with date night tonight, before moving house over the weekend. He’s looking forward to quality time with his partner and is excited for the fresh start a new home brings.

Bekka, our other Business Development Coordinator, prioritises fitness for her mental health. She’ll be spending her weekend at the gym, decluttering her house and catching up with loved ones before cosying up with a coffee and a good book.

A thriving supportive team is a priority here at Seven, so it’s part of our culture to share our day-to-day problems, goals and aspirations with each other.

We work as a team every day to achieve the best possible outcomes for our customers and take great pride in the relationships we build with our suppliers, as well as our work.
