The VII Apartments offer several home from home comforts for all your self-catering needs with free Wi-Fi, Freeview TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. All appliance instruction manuals are kept in the kitchen drawers.

Wifi connection details are on display, please ensure you log out of any TV services (Netflix, Prime, Iplayer etc.) when you leave.

A weekly service clean and linen change is carried out a week after your arrival date, unless otherwise arranged. Housekeepers will have access to the apartment from anytime between 9 am and 4 pm. Before the scheduled clean, please place all personal items away, so that housekeeping can have access to clean the apartment. Extra cleaning can be requested with additional cost.

Orange bin  bags are for general household refuse, there are clear bags located under the sink for recycling.

All apartments and the building are no smoking and vaping.

Concierge service – Special occasion?  We can arrange an added extra for your arrival, or for during your stay, 24 hours notice required, prices available upon request. We also offer a collection and return service on any garments you have to be cleaned or altered.

On your check-out day, please vacate the apartment by 10 am, unless a late check out has been agreed and place the keys back in the key safe in the downstairs lobby. If there have been any breakages or damage, please let the office know before you depart.

VII Apartments is situated in the heart of ‘The Saints’, comprising of St Peters Street and St Nicholas Street, it is the main thoroughfare that runs from Ipswich Town Centre to the Waterfront. The Waterfront

Ipswich Marina was once a hustling trading port from the Saxon times to the 19th Century Victorian Wet Dock, since the millennium the waterfront has undergone a major redevelopment to the lifestyle hub it has become today.

Now offering culture, leisure and education the waterfront provides the perfect backdrop for an array of cafes, bars and restaurants amongst the historical and modern architecture, from the Tolly Cobbold brewery site to the Wine rack.

Ipswich Town Centre

VII Apartments are situated only a short walk away from the Town Centre, where you will find a compliment of independent homeware and giftware stores, charity shops, combined with high street shops. Pop in to the two shopping centres, Sailmakers and The Buttermarket home to Omniplex cinema and Superbowl Tenpin bowling lanes, plus restaurants including Prezzo, Wagamama and Boom Battle Bar. Four times a week, the Ipswich market is on at the Cornhill offering lots of fresh local produce and a variety of tents in the Food Quarter.

Explore Outdoors

Explore the outdoors at Orwell Country Park combining river walks, historic woodland and meadows. Holywells Park and Christchurch Park are both beautiful parks within the town, with rolling lawns and wooded areas perfect for a walk or running. The beautiful Tudor Mansion within Christchurch park holds a free public museum and art gallery. Alternatively, the Ipswich Museum also holds some exciting local finds and the famous Woolly Mammoth.

Getting Around Ipswich and Beyond

There is free street parking on St Peters Street Mon – Sat between 6 pm until 8 am plus an abundance of car parks around Ipswich. VII Apartments are the perfect base with easy access to major road links A14/A12 if you are planning to explore the rest of Suffolk.

Public Transport

VII Apartments are perfectly located for easy reach of public transport stations, it is only a 3 minute stroll to the Cattle Market bus station and 5 minute’s from Tower Rampart bus station. National Express coaches to London and airports depart from Cardinal Park, 2 minutes away.

A short 13 minute walk to the mainline railway station, with regular weekly trains to London (journey time approximately 70 minutes), Norwich (60 minutes) and Cambridge (80 minutes).
