WE ARE AN INDEPENDENT PROPERTY COMPANY BASED IN IPSWICH.
We provide residential and commercial property management, as well as a range of renovation, building and maintenance services throughout Suffolk. Since 2011 we have offered a home from home alternative to a hotel room with our VII Serviced Apartments, containing a range of apartments for short or long-term rental in the centre of historic Ipswich.
Our building & maintenance team have over 25 years experience and industry knowledge having worked on a range of projects, including residential and commercial refurbishments.
