It all started in 1997 when Seven Asset and Seven Property moved into their St Peters Street head office. Now with over 25 years of industry knowledge, dealing with independents and multi-national companies, we have built a vast portfolio
1997
July 1997 – Seven Asset and Seven Property were formed operating from Windrush House, pending the completion of building works at the new Head Office in Central Ipswich.
2005
Eight years later Seven Lincs was formed and started operating out of the Port of Felixstowe.
2009
In 2009, Seven Training was formed. Seven Used Trucks also gained its own identity.
2011
Moving on a couple of years, in 2011, VII-serviced apartments officially opened, offering a convenient alternative to a hotel room in Ipswich town centre.
2015
2015 saw Seven Lincs outgrow its location and move to the new yard located in a prime position on the Port of Felixstowe.
2017
2017 was a special year for Seven as we celebrated 20 years of hard work and growth.
2019
Seven Refrigeration moved into a new stand-alone office to help aid its continued growth.
2020
Seven Lincs re-brand to Seven Logistics, reflecting our growth and position within the logistics industry.
2022
Our family business celebrates another major milestone! SevenFest marked our 25th Anniversary celebrations with staff and the unveiling of a limited edition DAF truck, fully customised with reflective livery.
