FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

Do you deliver throughout the whole of the United Kingdom?

Yes, we have a network of depots throughout the United Kingdom which all house a range of temperature-controlled storage units.

Can you deliver units either at the weekend or outside of normal working hours?

Yes, we cater to all requirements. However, these deliveries do sometimes incur an additional charge.

Where can my unit be located?

Primarily all units are located externally close to a suitable power source. However, they can be located internally subject to site survey, to do this the unit is skated and needs a minimum door clearance of 12ft high by 10ft wide.

Are you available to contact 24 hours a day?

Yes, there is always someone to deal with an emergency. You would need to use our dedicated 24-hour support line on 01473 261780 / 03702 647577 

Do I need to insure the container?

Yes, our insurance does not cover the unit while it is on lease with you we advise the value.

What type of gas do you use in your containers?

We use a wide range of gases including R404A, R134A, R452A and R744 (CO2).

Do all of your units have telematics?

Yes, all our units have telematics systems. YOU will be able to track and monitor your units remotely via an online portal. We do not monitor these ourselves & accept no responsibility.

What type of power source do I need?

In order to run one of our temperature-controlled units you will need a 32Amp 3 Phase supply (440 Volts) with earth, neutral and a 5 Pin Red Socket, fitted with a D Rated motor breaker.

How do I check in and check out?

We have a self check in process. We feel this allows you to work around the best time for you, regardless of when that is. Early and late check ins can be arranged at an additional cost.

How often are apartments cleaned?

Cleaning has always been of the utmost importance to us. Maintaining optimal hygiene allows us to focus on making your stay as enjoyable as possible. We use professional cleaners who regularly clean all apartments before arrival, and at scheduled periods for long term stays. 

Do any of the apartments include parking?

We can offer parking. However, this is a chargeable extra and subject to availability. 

Is there a kitchen in all of the apartments?

All of our VII Serviced Apartments have fully equipped kitchens, providing flexibility for guests. There are a number of supermarkets nearby, with the nearest just a five minute walk away.

Do you have free Wi-Fi?

Our properties are all equipped with fast Wi-Fi, perfect for working, streaming or catching up with friends and family over a video call.

How can I use the sofa bed??

The sofa bedding is a chargeable extra, if you require the sofa bed we will arrange this prior to your arrival.

What payments methods are available?

Yes, all our units have telematics systems. YOU will be able to track and monitor your units remotely via an online portal. We do not monitor these ourselves & accept no responsibility.

Do I have to make full payment prior to arrival?

Yes, in order to confirm your booking we require full payment. 

Is there a security deposit on bookings?

A security deposit of ÂŁ200 will be taken with full payment and held against such damage and/or loss/additional cleaning costs deemed to be acceptable which will be refunded in full (or in part as appropriate) within 7 working days.
