Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain and update Vehicle Build Sheet
  • Update new Vehicle details on to Key2 System
  • Maintain and update Customer Insurance Log
  • Maintain and update New Vehicle Files
  • Updating Customer Contracts and providing Customer Contract support
  • Updating Delivery/Cashflow/Finance Schedule Excel Worksheets
  • Carry out other general office duties and provide general administrative/data support to the other members of the Vehicle Build/Finance Team
  • Chase bodybuilders and suppliers for build progress
  • Update vehicle movement information
  • Chase Manufacturers for all necessary New Vehicle paperwork and upload onto our systems
  • Liaise with other departments/customers to ensure any vehicle build/delivery delays are communicated
  • Liaise with sales team to ensure all information is accurate and up to date
