Louise Allen, our Group HR Manager, has decided to jump out of a perfectly good aeroplane in the name of charity on 1st October 2022.

Her mission? To raise money for Suffolk Mind, an independent local charity, whose goal is to make Suffolk the best place in the world for talking about and, taking care of mental health. They also offer a wide variety of services, including counselling, support groups and training.

Louise explains “I was approached by Suffolk Mind to see if I would like to do a skydive to raise money for their charity. Having done one over 20 years ago I was more than happy to have the opportunity to do another whilst raising money for such a worthwhile cause.

The mental health of both myself and those around me has always been very important and I hope that by jumping out of a perfectly good plane, it will raise awareness of this charity and the amazing work that they do. Seven are passionate about promoting the wellbeing of all its employees and as the Group HR Manager and Mental Health First Aider what a great way to challenge myself both physically and mentally whilst giving me the ultimate sense of achievement”.

We at Seven believe in looking after the well-being of our employees, promoting a number of Mental Health First Aiders across the group, and our team will be there to cheer her on.
