VII Apartments Booking Terms & Conditions

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
To confirm a reservation, we require written or emailed confirmation together with your preferred method of payment. We accept Bank Transfers, Debit or Credit cards. Your reservation is not confirmed until cleared funds are received in full.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment is required in full at the time of booking along with a refundable security deposit of £200.
If payment is to be made via a Commercial Debit or Credit card, there will be a 1.8% surcharge.
If the payment is International, there will be a 2.2% surcharge.

CANCELLATION
In the event of a cancellation, a charge will be applied as follows: –
28 days or more prior to arrival – No charge
24 hours to 27 days prior to arrival – 50%
Less than 24 hours – 100%
The cancellation charge will be limited to an amount not exceeding 7 nights per apartment booked.

SMOKING & VAPING
Strictly no smoking or vaping in any of our apartments, common areas or buildings and is only permitted in designated external areas – please dispose of butts in bin provided.

PETS
Sorry no pets are allowed. Assistance dogs may be permitted in some apartments by prior arrangement, please enquire prior to booking.

OCCUPATION
Please note we cannot accept bookings from persons under 18 years and photo ID is required. Max occupancy 3 persons, unless otherwise agreed at time of booking, no unauthorised guests at any time. Charges apply for additional bedding. Free Wi-Fi is available; fair usage policy applies.

HOUSEKEEPING/SERVICING
We provide a welcome pack of complimentary items; refreshments, toilet/kitchen rolls, dishwasher/washing machine tablets, beyond which for long term booking, replacements are guest/s responsibility.
A housekeeper will attend weekly to carry out the apartment service which will include change of bed linen/towels and a surface clean including floors, it would be appreciated if the service areas could be kept clear in preparation.
Housekeeping is booked in advance and could be carried out any time between 10 am and 3.00 pm, should you decline without notice, you may be charged a fee and day/time of return will be at our discretion.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES
Occupation from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and vacation by 10.00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing at point of booking, late check out/early check in fees may apply.
When checking out, please return key to key safe.

DAMAGE LIABILITY
Clients and/or their visitors during their stay are liable for the cost(s) of repair and/or replacement arising as a result of misuse and/or negligence in connection with any part of the building or contents therein. The security deposit of £200 will be held against such damage and/or loss/additional cleaning costs deemed to be acceptable and which may delay immediate re-let, which will be refunded in full (or in part as appropriate) within 7 working days. This is without prejudice to any claim by VII Limited for any amount greater than the aforesaid security deposit.

CONDITIONS OF LET
You acknowledge that this Agreement does not give rise to an assured shorthold tenancy or lease and is an excluded agreement with the meaning of s.3A(7)(a) of the Protection from Eviction Act 1977.

TERMINATION OF HIRE
Any breach of these conditions constitutes a cancellation of the stay by you and may result in the immediate termination of your stay. Any refunds will be entirely at our discretion.

AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
You acknowledge that payment of any amount due will be deemed as an acceptance of these terms.

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions including our nightly rates at any time.
