What We Need From You?

• Ideally already have relevant site related experience or an NVQ Level 2 Building Maintenance, Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations or similar qualification
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written with tenants and customers
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Software
• Full clean driving licence

Responsibilities and duties:

• Carry out instructions given by the Senior Management team, whilst maintaining a high level of productivity
• Driving vehicles and operating equipment required for the task
• Updating work orders daily and following administrative procedures as directed
• Responsible for maintaining H&S ensuring adherence to safe working practice and environmental procedures
• Keeping vehicles and equipment clean and in working order, reporting any defects
• Completing timesheets, claim forms and statutory checks as required
• Communication with tenants, customers and members of the public in a polite manner with an emphasis on customer care
