Regional Trainer

Seven Training requires a Training Manager to cover the Midlands, the North of England although work may occur in all areas.

Working from home.


This role will primarily be as a trainer initially but more responsibility and autonomy will be implemented to the full role incrementally.


This position has two distinctive roles. Firstly, you will be expected to source customers and promote Seven Training products. You will be expected to monitor market average prices for courses in each area and use this expertise to maintain a competitive edge.

Seven Training has an established pricing structure to work within, however, you will have the flexibility to lower or raise prices depending on customers’ requirements.

Secondly, you need to be able to deliver training via several different forums, but mainly via virtual mediums and in person. Therefore, you must be able to demonstrate experience of delivering courses to the required standards.

You will be responsible for running your own diary and in addition will have financial targets to meet. You will be expected to build up your own group of suitable instructors to work under your management. All Seven Training sub-contractors must meet the minimum requirements laid down by the National Training Manager

During busy periods courses may run on 6- or 7-days a of the week, and you will be expected to work most Saturdays. However, being in charge of your own diary you will decide when to have your days off.

The role is within a fast-paced environment which can be challenging, customer requirements can change very quickly, in addition some customers may require training at very short notice. Therefore, a flexible approach is essential. Your must be ready and able to frequently change instructors and/or your own courses to meet demand.

You will be supported and will be working very closely throughout your trial period with the National Training Manager.

Company car or van, laptop, phone and credit card once trial period has passed.


Travel and Hotel stays will be required.


Essential Requirements

  • Class 1 licence with a wide range of experience
  • International Transport Manager CPC
  • Training experience
  • Good computer literacy


Desirable Requirements

  • Experience delivery International transport manager CPC
