Fleet Sales Administrator

Seven Asset are seeking to appoint a Fleet Sales Administrator to join our busy sales team.

What We Need From You?

  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Strong IT skills
  • Knowledge of HGV would be an advantage
  • Class 2 HGV licence preferred although training will be given to the right candidate


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prepare vehicles ready for sale
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete
  • Update vehicle stocklist when needed
  • Liaise with the engineering team to ensure any repairs are carried out
  • Advertise vehicles for sale on current sales platforms
  • Collection and delivery of vehicles to and from customer sites
  • Assist the logistics team with the preparation and delivery of new vehicles
