Data Administrator - 6 FTC

Seven Asset are seeking to appoint a Data Administrator on a 6-month fixed term contract to join our busy HR Department.

Are you highly organised? Is your attention to detail second to none? Do you have recent data / administration experience? If you can answer YES to all these questions, then we want to hear from you.

  • High level of attention to detail is essential
  • Proven time management skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be pro-active and able to take initiative
  • Professional and confidential approach
  • An interest of working within HR desirable


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Audit of files to ensure documentation is on the system and stored accurately
  • Transfer of documentation
  • Ensure inconsistencies and exceptions to data are corrected
  • Updating of all paper-based folders
  • Update relevant records
  • Create and maintain data spreadsheets
  • Ensure the Group HR Manager is provided with regular updates
  • Any other administration duties as required


Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
