Finance and Property Assistant

We are seeking to appoint a Finance and Property Assistant to join our busy team. If you are an excellent communicator, a good team player with a high level of attention to detail, the ability to quickly adapt to the different functions of the department and have accounts experience, then we want to hear from you. The role includes providing accounting and administration functions to management level and to support the Property Directors and Senior Property Administrator.

We welcome applications from those seeking full or part time. Part time is 30 hours which can be flexible, Monday – Friday preferred. Full time is 37.5 hours.


Responsibilities and duties:

  • Accounts duties including posting invoices, bank reconciliations, recharges, nominal reconciliations, credit control.
  • Quarter and month end reconciliations
  • Updating CRM with tenant and contractor information
  • Provide statistics and management information
  • Implement new procedures and maximise revenue making opportunities
  • Assisting with the daily operation of our Serviced Apartments
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required



  • Experienced in the operation of Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Experience of Xero software beneficial
  • Accounts background essential, with good knowledge of bank and nominal ledger reconciliations
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial Property practices desirable
  • Good oral, numerical and written communication skills
  • A high level of keyboard accuracy and ability to cope with a varied workload
  • Able to take responsibility and work independently
